Orka Bar Shipping Policy

At Orka Bar, we’re committed to delivering cold, creamy, high-protein made from the goodness of egg whites right to your doorstep — fast, fresh, and frozen. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your Orka Bars, from processing times to delivery methods.
📦 Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States and Internationally. We’re actively working to expand our reach — stay tuned!
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the perishable nature of our product.
⏱️ Order Processing Time
- Our team fulfills orders on a weekly basis. This means all purchases made Monday-Friday will be fulfilled on the Monday directly following your purchase. Any orders made on a Saturday/Sunday will be fulfilled on the Monday one week after your purchase. This is to better protect orders from weekend shipping closures and adjust for any weekday delays in transit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.
🧊 Frozen Shipping & Packaging
Orka Bars are shipped frozen and insulated to ensure they arrive cold and fresh:
- We use 1 ½ inch thick Styrofoam insulation and dry ice based on your location and weather.
- Packaging is designed to keep your bars cold for up to 48–72 hours in transit.
- Individual bars are heat sealed in a BOPP film and packed into a resealable polypropylene bag for safety and efficiency for shipping.
Please retrieve your package as soon as it's delivered and store the bars in your freezer.
🌡️ Hot Weather Shipping Notice
During warmer months, we may include additional dry ice or adjust shipping schedules to protect your order. We do not ship over weekends or holidays to prevent melt risk.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing, please check with neighbors and allow 24 hours before contacting us.
❗ Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
Orka Bar is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Missed deliveries due to absence or delayed retrieval
- Packages left outside for extended periods
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and plan to be available on the expected delivery day.
