At Orka Bar, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality frozen protein bars straight to your door. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and while we can’t accept physical returns of perishable items, we do offer refund or replacement solutions in certain cases. Please review our full policy below before placing your order.
📦 Perishable Product Policy
Due to the nature of our product—frozen, perishable, and temperature-sensitive—we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. This is to ensure the safety and quality of our bars for all customers.
💸 Refund Eligibility
While we don’t accept returns, we may offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective product: If your order arrives melted, broken, or compromised in any way due to shipping or packaging error.
- Incorrect item received: If you receive the wrong flavor(s) or quantity.
- Order not delivered: If your tracking shows undelivered after a reasonable shipping window.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (required)
All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed and processed at the discretion of our support team.
🚚 Shipping Delays & Weather Conditions
We do our best to protect your shipment with insulated packaging and dry ice, but we cannot guarantee product condition if:
- You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- The carrier made multiple delivery attempts without success
- The package was left outside for an extended period
Pro tip: Please track your order and retrieve it promptly upon delivery, especially during warmer months.
⏪ Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet shipped. After that, your order will be locked for fulfillment.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@orkabar.com with the subject line: "Cancel Order #[YourOrderNumber]"
